- Please contact us at cs@pikimama.com within 3 days of sling arrival.
- Returned items must be returned to our atelier in Tokyo within one week of receipt.
- We accept returned items only if they are in unused condition.
- Items you wish to return must be returned in re-salable condition. For this reason, we ask that you return all accessories you received, including the gift box, brochures, and support belts, in new condition. Please enclose a piece of paper with your order number, name, and a note stating that you wish to return the product. Please return the item(s) and accessories in the same condition as when delivered, with no stains or damage.
- We do not accept returns of items that have been used. Please understand that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used. If you have tried on the item more than once, please understand that it will be considered a used item.
- Even if you have not worn the product has been washed, please understand that we will be judged as a used product.
- There is no specified shipping method for returns, please return by courier or postal service of your choice.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns made by the customer.
- If the return conditions are not met, the package will be returned to the customer freight collect with no refund processed.
- Please note that refunds will be made without handling and shipping charges.
- Please note that for international shipments, we will not refund any sales tax or duties paid to the local government.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us at cs@pikimama.comまでご連絡ください with your order number and the details of the defect within 3 days of receipt.
- When returning a defective product, please pack the product and all accessories in the box you received and send it back freight collect.

- Size and color change
- Please contact us for size and color changes at cs@pikimama.com within 3 days of product arrival.
- Size and color exchanges must be returned to our atelier in Tokyo within one week of receiving the item.
- We will only accept exchanged items if they are in unused condition.
- Please note that exchanges are limited to items that are in stock.
- Items to be returned must be in resalable condition. The item(s) to be returned, along with any accessories, must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, with no stains or damage.
- For size exchanges, please return the sling only in its compression bag by Japan Post Letter Pack.
- For color exchange, please return the sling and support belt in a compressed bag and send it back via Japan Post Letter Pack.
- Please enclose a piece of paper with the order number, your name, the product you wish to exchange, and the size of the product when returning the product.
- We do not accept returns of products that have been used. Please understand. If you have tried on the product more than twice, please understand that we will be judged as a used product.
- Please understand that we will consider the product to have been used, even if you have not worn the product has been washed.
- If the return conditions are not met, the parcel will be returned to the customer freight collect without exchange processing.
- Please note that size/color exchanges are not available for international shipments.
- Size/color exchanges are limited to one time only.
- Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department using the order information provided in your order confirmation e-mail.
- Please note that the cost of the cancellation will be refunded to you, minus a handling fee.
- Pikimama is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred by your bank.
- Cancellations cannot be made once the item has already been shipped. At that point, please contact customer service with your return/exchange information.
